Gas Alarm Calibration Box
Equipment Function：
This equipment is large in size and suitable for the detection and calibration of gas alarms or carbon monoxide alarms in large-scale production. The device provides a sealed stainless steel glass door chamber for monitoring the alarm status. The specially designed large opening door is safe and convenient to close without any gas leakage.
The volume of the sample box and the size of the sample rack are customized according to customer requirements. The small test box can test about 60 samples at the same time, and the large test box can test about 350 samples at the same time. By controlling the high-speed valve to inject a certain amount of high-concentration gas into the chamber, and then stirring it with the circulating fan, a uniform test gas of a certain concentration is obtained. This gas will be used as the test gas for the response test or threshold setting of the gas alarm product.
A circulating fan and a multi-hole plate are specially set up to make the test gas uniform and avoid the direct entry of high-concentration gas into the alarm during the gas injection process.
At the top of the box, the intake, exhaust and exhaust fans are controlled by PLC to achieve the exchange of air inside the box.
